Recovering data should not cost you anything beyond the recovery itself. It does not here.

Your recovered file is returned in the same format and the same version it arrived as. It opens in the application you already have — not a converted, flattened, or "modernised" approximation of it.
You never have to buy newer software
We do not make a licence, an upgrade, or a subscription a condition of getting your own data back. If the version you run today opened the file before it broke, it will open it after we are done.
Abandoned formats are still our problem, not yours
A great deal of what reaches us was written by software that no longer exists, or a version its own vendor stopped supporting long ago. We work at the file-structure level, so we do not need a live copy of the original program to read it.
Nobody remotes into your machine
There is no screen-sharing session and nothing to install. You upload a copy over a private, time-limited link; your original stays untouched on your own computer for the whole engagement.
Free evaluation, then a fixed quote
You find out what can be recovered before you spend anything. The quote that follows is a fixed figure agreed before work starts — no hourly meter, no revised estimate halfway through, and no charge at all if the data cannot be recovered.
Your file is deleted afterwards
Once the recovery is complete your data is held securely for 14 days and then destroyed — immediately instead, if you ask. It is used to perform your recovery and for nothing else. A mutual NDA can be signed before any file changes hands.
Our own engineers, start to finish
The recovery is done in-house by the people who built the tooling. Your file is not passed to a subcontractor, sold on to another lab, or shipped overseas to whoever quoted lowest that week.
